Sudhir's understanding: Undetected impact is calculated at the end, and if it's lower than the answer through optimization, then you throw the opt away, and this all comes out to the final number. Needs to confer with Kate about this.
We should probably be as realistic as possible in the impact baseline (undetected impact) so we can see the actual value of sensor placement.(Terra)
We did both a maximum baseline and a realistic (one second more than the max detection) baseline. Just to compare the two.(Sudhir)
We can just minimize detection time, surface area (coverage) is also important.(Anne)
What conc should be assigned if it was never detected? Answer: 0
SQLite should work fine on the cluster.(Follow up on Django implications)

Sudhir needs to contact Kate about undetected impact.
Build a table with the det time results we have now, just to get the format settled.
